Occasional Impressions Prayer Collections Meditations Meditation 6: Unchanging God God says, “I AM: Alpha and Omega Beginning and End First and Last Unmoved and Unchanging.” Lord, you are always with us. You know our every secret. You are beside us every step of the way. Give us confidence to trust you, place our lives in your hand. God says, “I AM: Prologue and Postlogue Overture and Finale Primo and Fine Consistent Remaining.” Lord, you were God before I was born. You were God before the continents were formed. You were God before the earth was spun. You were God before you called creation into being. God says, “I AM: Title and Credits Frontispiece and Index Top and Toe Upholding Sustaining.” Lord, you care for all creation. This world is not a special place but still you love me and care for my well-being and my wholeness. You gave your Son to die for my salvation. God says, “I AM: Vanguard and Rearguard Harbinger and Straggler Zenith and Nadir Eternal Unending.”
